Program 03

Civic Heroes Youth Program

An elite youth leadership initiative that identifies, trains, and empowers young Indians to be civic champions in their own communities.

Eligibility

Open to students aged 16–25. Candidates are selected through a civic awareness assessment and community letter of recommendation.

Training

12-week structured program covering civic leadership, public speaking, community organizing, and project management.

Benefits

Certification, mentorship from senior civic leaders, seed funding for a community project, and inclusion in the Weshe Foundation Civic Heroes Alumni Network.

How to Join

Apply online or through your school/college. Selections are held quarterly. Shortlisted candidates are invited for an orientation session.
